Yes - as long as the required documentation has been sent to us (exemption certificate & a copy of your third party liability insurance), your dog will be allowed in the paddock, off-lead and un-muzzled. HOWEVER, if you do not provide the required documentation, your dog will need to remain on-lead and muzzled.

Yes - if the booking is not within the next 24 hours, your booking can be cancelled. A full re-fund will be issued for a cancelled booking.
